I have been paying monthly on an Insurance policy for United/DTC for many, many years. It is automatically deducted from my bank account, I am considering changing banks. I have recently moved and lost all my documents, and would like to get a copy or information on this policy, I don’t even know the number. Can you help me? Thank you

      Mr. Cloutier,

Thank you for your question and visiting our JRC Life Insurance website.

We believe United/DTC is a division of United/Mutual of Omaha life insurance company. Their customer service number is (800) 775-1000. By using the policy holder’s social security number they should be able to provide a copy of the life insurance policy.
